* How much you enjoy the tasks to be performed at your dream job/career/business.

For as much as you like one job, there may be a different one where you can have a lot more fun at working on it.  And it is all part of the balanced equation in a 5 year plan.  (You can&#039;t have it all, but you probably can find out which ones are the most important ones).

For some people, salaries, power, titles mean little compared to enduring a miserable job... and for others, personal time is not that important (I have seen many people come back from retirement because they had too much personal time).  

One good reading around this topic is the famous book &quot;What Color Is Your Parachute&quot; from Bolles.
