		<description>It takes mental strength and courage to start your own gig - especially if it is on a full time basis.  It does because you have to put some investment -- be it in time, money or both -- with uncertain results.  On some societies risk tends to pay off better than in others.  In America it used to pay off very well.  Favorable labor conditions have made gainful employment so comfortable that it makes it doubly difficult to get rid of the safety net and launch your own business.  Those who launch their own business, despite the comfortable alternative of full time employment, have my admiration.</description>
