I would also add, that NOT TAKING IT, its a really reliable way to gain respect. Don't laugh at inappropriate jokes and don't take part with others (usually older than you) acting like small children. Talking about how hot the admin's ass is, will definitely put you down not only in the youngster category but in the douche bag category also.
