Looking forward to the tips posting.

I had an interesting start on my job experience. I graduated from college a couple of years earlier than the expected age. Yet, I was tasked to be the team lead of a team of 5, some of which where above their retirement age. It was a terrible experience at times, but one from which I learned a lot. Yes, it was difficult to be taken seriously. Yet, it was better to know that at least someone trusted you enough to do what most people wouldn't - and showed that trust with a paycheck.
